<p>Low back ache is a very common disorder affecting almost 80 % of the world population during their life span. Women are more common sufferers because of periodical changes in their pelvic cavity during menstruation, pregnancy and after child birth.</p>
<p>The fore most cause of low back ache is the mobility problem. After years of muscular inactivity, there is imbalance in the strength of localized muscles and abnormal wear and tear of musculo-skeltal structure of the region, more specifically the spine. Do you remember, how many times you have done bending, leaning and twisting exercises every day perhaps no is the answer.<br />
<strong>Sedentary Lifestyle Routine Schedule: </strong></p>
<p>It begins with waking up and getting out of bed after a bed tea and after finishing with toilet and bath routines, take breakfast hurriedly and begin commuting for work. While working sitting at the desk with short tea and lunch break.</p>
